Spring Plus Size Fashion on Home and Family
A few weeks ago I was asked to style and host a plus size fashion segment all about “Spring Fashion Trends” on the Hallmark Channel show “Home & Family”. I am so happy to see more and more plus size fashion being represented in main stream media, so of course I was thrilled to be part of the show.
I chose a variety of trendy and classic silhouettes for both day and night, full of the season’s bright colors, and festive patterns and textures… a little something for everyone, highlighted on 5 of my favorite plus size models.

Krystina is highlighting the tried and true floral trend of the spring season… Overall floral prints are easy to wear, versatile to style, and the overall print acts as a forgiving camouflage. Add a colorful layering piece and accentuate your waistline with a surplice top and/or a belt.

It’s all about the jumpsuit this season, and Tia is rockin’ it! Long pant styles, short rompers, and even culotte lengths! Last but not least, on the amazing Rosie Mercado, I showcased another tried and true spring/summer favorite… the maxi dress! The perfect go-to for any occasion. Dress it up, dress it down, pack it in your suitcase, throw it on as a swim cover-up. It is an absolute must-have. Accentuate your waistline with an outer layering piece that cinches at the waistline so you do not loose your curves!
