My Must Have Print of Summer
I hope you and your loved ones are doing well. I feel it is important to preface this new series of posts with a note to let you all know that I continue to remain sensitive about the content I am creating and sharing with you here on my platform, as well as on social media. I know that all of us are doing our best and taking it day by day, and understand that shopping, style and fashion are not a current priority to most. I have been in self-quarantine since mid-March, and am taking it very seriously. My boyfriend took these images with my iPhone in our neighborhood. We were VERY careful to keep our distance from everyone, and I wore a mask in between all of our shooting. I hope this brings you a bit of sunshine, inspiration, and a little bit of refreshing normalcy. Sending you all lots of love!

Im back with another amazing palm print! I think it is safe to say that I am fairly obsessed, given that the past 4 posts I have shared with you have been gorgeous variations of this quintessential summer staple.
My friends at Lane Bryant reached out to me to share a few of their latest summer arrivals, and I chose this dress, not only for the gorgeous print, but this classic, easy to wear silhouette- A-line skirt with full lining, crossover neckline, full flutter sleeves, and a bit of a high-low hemline that flows perfectly in the breeze.
I feel so good in this dress– comfy to wear (it has an elastic waistband and removable self-tie belt), very versatile and super fun to style. Top it off with a blazer for a workwear look, pack it for a tropical vaca with a hat and sleek white sneakers, and of course wear it on the weekends for a girls brunch, which was what I had in mind when I styled this look.
Crossover High- Low Midi Dress | Cateye Sunglasses (cream) |Beaded Fringe Drop Earrings |Beaded & Faux Druzy Bracelet Set |Tall Block Heel (blush)
I am loving white accessories this summer- so crisp and bright, and I can pair these earrings and sunnies with pretty much everything in my closet!
This print instantly transforms me to somewhere vibrant and tropical- and since I am staying close to home pretty much all summer, I can dream of wearing this dress sightseeing in Havana, strolling down Ocean Drive in Miami, or having lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Are you guys into the palm prints this summer? How are you wearing and styling yours?
