Lazy Girl’s Wardrobe
I will be the first one to admit… I have a lazy girl’s wardrobe. As a stylist that is probably the last thing I should ever admit to, but I will always keep it real with you! Looking cute every day is tough, especially when we are busy, which is why it is so important to have a closet full of great fitting plus size fashion basics and stand alone statement pieces that you can mix, match and pair together at any time.
Find the colors, brands, prints, and silhouettes that work best for you, and build your wardrobe with those items… in this case, it’s the floral bomber {statement piece} and the circle skirt {wardrobe basic}. I am a more in the middle body type with a large chest, so I love wearing skater & circle skirts because they help me create a waistline, and balance out the top half of my body, creating a more hourglass shape. Also, tucking in my top, or choosing one that stops just a my natural waist {like this floral baseball jacket}, helps give me more of a waistline. Add your favorite shoes and accessories, and you are out the door!
