City Chic Opens Stores In Los Angeles

Hopefully you have heard the buzz by now that one of my favorite plus size retailers, City Chic, has opened their doors in the Los Angeles area.  I have been a long time supporter of City Chic, and over the years I have had the opportunity to travel and attend plus size fashion events as a US correspondent for the Australian brand.

The first City Chic store to open in Los Angeles is at the Westfield Culver City mall.  Just before the store opened to the public, I was invited along with a few choice LA based bloggers to attend a VIP preview party, where we got a sneak peek of the beautiful store, got a chance to try on all the fab styles, enjoy apps and refreshments, and get hair and makeup glammed by the Blow Angels.

The store has a very chic, city loft feel to it.  White brick walls and sleek black fixtures, mixed with eclectic furniture and decor, and a boudoir style fitting area {equipped with a flat screen TV playing Top 40 hits} that is so cozy you just want to hang out for hours! Trendy prints and silhouettes as well as classic and timeless silhouettes, cocktail and formal attire, a denim bar, swimwear, intimates and shapewear.
