I am kicking off my week of Valentine’s Day celebrations with the launch of the Body Love Comes in All Sizes look book, the second installment of #TheLookBookProject created by Marcy Cruz of Fearlessly Just Me, featuring myself and 9 other plus size influencers of different ages, ethnicities, and genders, from sizes 14-32, sharing our personal thoughts on our confidence journeys, how we practice self-love and spreading the message that body love comes in ALL sizes. Self-love is important because it shapes our daily well being. It inspires confidence, success, and healthy balance in all aspects of our lives and relationships. Our success and happiness starts with us!

Naturally, some days are better than others. I do not apologize for being in the body I am in today.

My best advice for someone struggling to love their body would be to never compare yourself to others and never talk negatively about your body. Life is too short to spend time hating ANY aspect of our lives, so live your best life today- NO MATTER WHAT!
