I knew as soon as I saw the sketches of the Lela Rose for Lane Bryant design collaboration, that I was going to be in love with the range, which celebrates spring in such a lovely way… bright yellow, pink, colored lace, and watercolor prints anchored by neutral solids and black/white geo prints. Lela Rose brings her fresh point of view to plus size fashion defining a new, modern lifestyle and combining refined silhouettes with a modern whimsical twist using brilliant color and handcrafted details.
I am always drawn to the yellow color palate, so I had to have the Lela Rose citrine lace detail shift dress. The perfect little number for spring, which I paired with my cherished vintage lucite clutch that I made pop with my Marc by Marc Jacobs cosmetic pouch {similar here}. Top it all off with my favorite Kendra Scott drop earrings, Torrid wedges {a few seasons ago} and a bright pink lip {Everlasting Lipstick, Backstage Bambi by Kat Von D}, and spring is here!
